RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Our goal is to provide our customers with total satisfaction with every purchase. When you receive your items, please inspect them and make sure they meet your expectations.

If you find that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to the following steps:

If you need to return an item, contact us at latinxculturaviva@gmail.com so we may issue a return or exchange approval. Please, write your order number and details about the product and why you want to return the item(s).

  • All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, not damage our stained. No makeup or deodorant stains on them, or you will not be credited (NO EXCEPTIONS)
  • We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect, etc.).
  • Latinxs Cultura Viva is not responsible for packages that are sent to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please make sure your information is CORRECT.
  • If you realized that your shipping address is inaccurate please email us, call or text at (805) 612-5060 immediately to resolve the issue and update your order.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the exchange back to Latinxs Cultura Viva and for re-shipping once the exchange is processed. Shipping cost is not refundable.
  • If your order is shipped and the tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the courier company directly to track down your package. Latinxs Cultura Viva is not responsible for packages that are marked delivered.
  • All items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order. (delivered date )
  • -Please allow  5-7 days for us to process your refund once it is received.
  • All Exchanges & Return item(s) must be in the exact new condition as sent with all hang tags attached and received within (15) days of receipt.
  • Latinxs Cultura Viva is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and /or return tracking number when shipping back the items.

Once the return has been received and meets the return policy conditions, we will process the exchange or the refund.
